Our customers are the reason we are in business. Our customer may be a supplier, an inspector, title company personnel, a lawyer, or a fellow employee. Everyone who comes into contact with DOON VALLEY HOMES forms an opinion. The principles of our service vision apply to everyone.  

 

what was promised...

Our commitment to our customers begins with our advertising. The process of making promises continues as prospects visit our showhomes, talk with our sales consultants, and sign our purchase agreement. Our selection, construction, delivery, possession, and warranty processes, along with our commitment to doing business with integrity all come together to form a promise upon which every customer can rely. Every communication, whether by demonstration, document, or in conversation, must be forthright, complete, and accurate.  

 

on time...

Our home buyers cannot schedule their move based on guesses or intentions. We provide a target closing date when home buyers sign our purchase agreement. Following that our customers receive regular, accurate updates. A final commitment for three specific appointments—homeowner orientation, confirmation tour, and closing—will be provided a minimum of 35 days in advance of the closing date. On time means we fulfill the closing date given in  this letter.  

 

in good condition...

In accordance with the quality demonstrated by our showhomes, DOON VALLEY HOMES homes are delivered complete and clean, with each component functioning properly, each surface cosmetically correct, and the items the home buyers selected correctly installed. Details that fall short of this commitment will be corrected within fifteen work days unless other scheduling is arranged with the home buyer.

We are in business to serve others. To provide that service grudgingly or reluctantly defeats our purpose. Courtesy and respect are not extras; they are the right of each person with whom we deal.
